is the official chatbot of the Municipality of Maipú, available on WhatsApp as a 24/7 digital interface between the municipality and its residents. Using the WhatsApp platform, which ensures accessibility for all citizens, MAI enables the city to provide immediate information on municipal procedures and services, fully automates the issuance of annual vehicle circulation permits (PCV), and collects real-time georeferenced data during weather emergencies.
