HOW DOES IT WORK
UNDP MANAGES THE BUDGET TOGETHER WITH
UNDP keeps the city informed at all times about the state of the project budget. To initiate budget revisions, these are the steps to be followed:
- The city prepares a budget in excel and shares it with UNDP (Diana L.) via email.
- UNDP seeks the approval from the donor and introduces the budget changes in the UNDP financial system.
- UNDP shares the state of the budget regularly.
- Any question regarding the financial status of the budget need to be sent to Delillah M.
