A new e-learning course called Women Leadership in Climate Action is available at the One UN Climate Change Learning Partnership (UN CC:Learn) platform. It was developed by UNITAR and C40, with support from the Fondation L’Oréal and contributions from Columbia Climate School and CARE France. It is designed to guide and inspire emerging climate leaders to deliver climate actions rooted in the principles of inclusivity and equity.
This free 9-hour course is for women and girls who are ready to start, or have just started, their climate journey. Participants will learn to explain climate change, discuss its impact on women, identify opportunities for climate action, and gain practical tools to help them initiate projects or strengthen existing ones.
