The dialogue will focus on fostering political commitment, inspiring new ideas, and enhancing collaboration among city leaders in the Asia-Pacific to tackle the challenges of rapid urbanization, climate change, and governance.
The insights and outcomes from this dialogue will contribute to key global discussions, including a summary and policy brief that will be presented at the World Urban Forum (WUF12) in Cairo, Egypt, in November 2024. The dialogue will also share visions, strategies, and partnerships to integrate innovative urban governance practices into regional development agendas.
