Villages of Tomorrow is a rural development initiative of  Sarıçam Municipality in cooperation with UNDP and Trendyol, a Türkiye-based global e-commerce and technology company. The project gives rural residents, especially children, youth, women, farmers, and people with disabilities, access to digital skills training, e-commerce, value-added product development, branding, marketing, and smart farming tools, helping them strengthen local production, reach new markets, and find new sources of income. It also works as a community hub for learning, counselling, and social engagement, narrowing the gap in access to services between rural villages and the city. The model is now being replicated in other villages across Türkiye.
