Floods are becoming increasingly frequent and severe in urban areas, with devastating impacts on infrastructure, livelihoods, and communities. From broken roads and water systems to the loss of homes and community landmarks, the damage extends beyond the tangible. Cities must now embrace comprehensive recovery strategies that go beyond emergency response to include long-term resilience building.

This webinar will explore how cities are tackling these challenges by integrating nature-based solutions, adaptive infrastructure, and policy reforms. It will also discuss how sustainable finance, public-private partnerships, and community engagement can support recovery efforts.
